What it covers

Eleven modules, one system of record

Four are always on because every college needs them. The other seven are switched on per college, so you are never paying attention to a module you do not use.

Core
01

Dashboard

Institution overview and operational summaries — what needs attention today, without opening five screens to find it.

Optional
02

Admissions

Intakes, applicants, decisions and enrollment. Applications arrive through a link, and an accepted applicant becomes a student without anyone retyping the record.

Core
03

Students

Student records, profiles and portal access — one file per student that finance, academics and clinical all read from.

Core
04

Academics

Programmes, classes, courses, timetable, exams and evaluations — the academic structure of the college, held in one place.

Optional
05

Fees

Billing, payments, fee rules, receipts and finance reports. Who has paid, who has not, and what that means for the term.

Optional
06

Clinical

Clinical sites, placements, assignments and evaluations — the part of nursing training that spreadsheets handle worst.

Optional
07

Human Resources

Staff records, positions, payroll, leave and recruitment, kept against the same institution the students sit in.

Optional
08

Stores

Inventory items, categories, suppliers, stock levels and requisitions — what the college owns and what it is running out of.

Optional
09

Documents

Document folders, metadata, access control and reports, so a certificate or a letter is found in seconds, not in a cabinet.

Optional
10

Reports

Institutional reports and analytics drawn from live records — not from a figure someone assembled by hand last week.

Core
11

Settings

System configuration, users, modules and administration — the college's own controls, in the college's own hands.

Who uses it

Every desk sees only its own work

Access follows the role. A tutor does not browse payroll, and a finance officer does not edit exam marks — and each one has a written guide for their part of the system.

School Admin & IT

Sets the college up, creates users, decides which modules are live and keeps the configuration honest.

Registrar

Runs intakes and enrollment, owns the student register and the academic records behind it.

Finance Officer

Bills, receipts and reconciles — with fee rules applied by the system instead of remembered by a person.

Tutors & HODs

Teach against a real timetable, enter marks, and run the evaluations their programmes require.

Principal & Administrator

Sees the institution whole — enrollment, finance, staffing and clinical, from the same numbers everyone else is using.

Students

Check their own record, results and fee position without queuing at an office door to ask.

Many colleges

One platform. Each college on its own terms.

The portal is built to hold more than one institution. Each college has its own records, its own users and its own decision about which modules are live — with nothing bleeding across the boundary.

  • Separate by default. A college's students, staff and finances are reachable only from that college.
  • Modules per college. Turn Clinical or Stores on for one institution and leave it off for another.
  • Its own front door. Staff and students sign in at the college's own address.
  • Watched from above. Usage, audit trail and maintenance sit with the platform administrator, not with the college.

Kept safe

Student records deserve care

A training college holds people's names, results, health placements and money. The portal treats that as the responsibility it is.

Access by role

Every screen and every request checks who is asking and which college they belong to before it answers.

An audit trail

Administrative actions are recorded, so a change to a record can always be traced back to a person and a time.

Sensitive data encrypted

Credentials and sensitive communications are encrypted at rest rather than stored in the clear.

Maintenance without surprises

Work can be done behind a maintenance mode instead of pulling the system out from under the people using it.

Talk to us

See it against your own college
