The portal is built to hold more than one institution. Each college has its own records, its own users and its own decision about which modules are live — with nothing bleeding across the boundary.
- Separate by default. A college's students, staff and finances are reachable only from that college.
- Modules per college. Turn Clinical or Stores on for one institution and leave it off for another.
- Its own front door. Staff and students sign in at the college's own address.
- Watched from above. Usage, audit trail and maintenance sit with the platform administrator, not with the college.
